About Us and Charity
INSTRUCTORS at Bikram Yoga Laguna Beach have been certified by Bikram Choudury. They have completed a rigorous nine week training program, requiring over 500 hours of instruction. This includes anatomy, therapeutic application, health benefits and philosophy of yoga.
MARNA KIBBY began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2002 when the Laguna Beach studio first opened. Marna became a Bikram certified instructor and started teaching in 2003, eventually helping manage the studio until she purchased it in 2007. In addition to her ownership responsibilities, Marna continues to regularly pratice Bikram's beginning and advanced yoga series.
CHARITY IS IMPORTANT TO BIKRAM YOGA LAGUNA BEACH and we believe in giving back to the communities we serve. We support numerous charites including the Boys and Girls Clubs, School Power, Laguna Beach Volleyball, Dana Hills High Girls Lacrosse, Laguna Beach Presbyterian Preschool, Friendship Shelter, Harbor Day School, Waldorf School, Angel Light Academy, and Tony's Treehouse.
